The People’s Remedy is a Modesto Recreational/Medical Marijuana Dispensary

   This is the 2nd location for Modesto and we are at home on McHenry. We have been proudly bringing cannabis to the Valley since 2014 and expanded to four stores. We here at McHenry opened our doors for a Grand Opening June 22nd, 2019 and look forward to being a icon on McHenry Ave.

   The TPR team complies with California Proposition 215 and Proposition 64. We are happy to assist Cannabis users with any questions in-person or by phone.

Last call for new adult-use customers and new medical marijuana patients is 9:55 p.m. Returning customers last check-in at 9:59 - doors close at 10:00pm sharp.

   The People’s Remedy works with leading industry growers and verified Weedmaps vendors to compose a menu with more than 200 cannabis products. The inventory includes high lab-tested flowers, wax and vapes. Concentrate connoisseurs will find strain-specific shatters, crumble, and wax as well as vape cartridges by Stiiizy, Raw Garden, and Bloom in THC and CBD. Modesto canna consumers can also enjoy designer edibles and medicated beverages. Adult-use customers can also toke on kief-infused joints or take a hit of strain-specific prerolls.

   Current customers can skip the line and call an express order for an expedited dispensary experience. Modesto medical marijuana patients (with a valid state MMIC card) will be subject to 15% excise tax, 8% city tax and 2% charity fund.

Tax for adult-use customers includes 15% excise tax, 7.875% sales tax, 8% city tax and 2% charity fund.

Menu prices do not include tax. We only accept cash, however we have a ATM located on site.

The People’s Remedy is located on 2308 McHenry Ave. Recreational cannabis users who travel from Modesto, Stockton, Tracy, Turlock, and Merced will find ample parking around the dispensary storefront. The People’s Remedy dispensary team also provides top-quality cannabis products to marijuana adult-use customers in Brentwood, Gilroy, Merced, Lodi, and Manteca.

   Adult-use customers are welcomed with a 15% discount off the first purchase. Veterans and Seniors (62 ) also receive a 10% discount. Happy Hour changes weekly, during this time, Veterans and Seniors receive a 15% discount. Happy Hour discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts. No double discounts or combined deals we will always give you the better deal.
