Here at The Clinik the health and safety of our Customers and our Employees are our always our primary concern. As a result we would like to ask all of our Customers to please follow the recommended Covid 19 safety guidelines and our Employees will do the same. We will also be limiting the number of people allowed in the store at one time and the time that they are allowed to be inside as well.

* Customers will be limited to two at a time

* keep at least 6 feet between yourself and other people

*Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol

*Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.

*Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

*Stay home if you are sick, except to get medical care.

*Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing; throw used tissues in the trash. If a tissue isn’t available, cough or sneeze into your elbow or sleeve, not your hands.

*We clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces multiple times an hour. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, computers, phones, keyboards, sinks, toilets, faucets and counter-tops.

Recreational Patients must bring a valid, non-expired, State issued Drivers License or valid, non-expired ID Card, a valid, non-expired U.S. Passport, a valid, non-expired Foreign Passport or a valid, non-expired foreign Drivers License or ID Card.
